LUX VENIT roughly translates to “the light has come.” Serious Rosé from old vine Barossa Valley Grenache and Mourvèdre. Wild fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for 3 months.

Pale salmon in colour. Nose full of strawberries and cream, roasted nuts, cherry blossom and compote, stone fruit slices and cinnamon. Fleshy and full: generous rolls of flesh with fine focus and length. Bittersweet citrus and stone fruit edged with spice. Finishes with bone dry with a good texture.
