A blend of Great Southern and Margaret River fruit. A little oak fermentation for some of the blend parcels.

A tighter release than the 2022. Chamomile and jasmine floral notes lift over passionfruit cream, edamame beans, lime flesh citrus, lemon shortbread biscuit and quinine influenced tonic water. Focused fresh with a tight, linear structure. A little phenolic grip and salivating acidity provide plenty of physical enjoyment. Further ageing will allow some flesh to develop.
