Fine lacing and tight bead. Pinot Noir dominant nose shows off cherry and red fruit intermingling with savoury biscuit and wafer, bread crust, beeswax, lemon shortbread, easy brine and a little honeysuckle. A little coarse mousse, with breadth from the red fruit dominance, leading into a tight and fine finish. Acidity is quite piercing through a long, chalky dry finish. Excellent match for meatier seafood or even a three-cheese toastie.
