Not made completely from the Pooley Estate in the Coal River Valley in Tasmania, other grapes sourced from “premium” vineyards were included in the final blend.
Fruit sweet and vibrant nose with plenty of green apple and an almost tropical fruit quality.
Plenty of varietal lime balanced with a bitter orange note on the palate that finishes with an almost confectionary chalkiness, like a “Fruit Tingle”
Completely dry, but rounded with good fruit, plenty of line and length.
