DAOSA, Natural Réserve, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier, Piccadilly Valley, NV
Pale straw in hue. A galaxy of fine beading, effervescent and excited. Nougat, white flowers, strawberry husk, peach slices, vanilla bean, flaky pastry, bush honey, native flowers, soda water, pear flesh, chicken salt and mocha cream. Power on display, with muscular breadth through the mousse. Showing fruit richness before tapering to an expected intensity with briny edges. The richness echoes before the signature complexity of the house. The cuvee shows an approachability for now, so pour out with friends and enjoy life.
