Pig In The House, Sauvignon Blanc, Cowra, 2015

PITH-Sauv-BlancLimes and lantana, nettles, creamed asparagus, gooseberry and a hint of Bacardi Rum spirit. Fullish palate with green capsicum, tart green gooseberry. The fruit feels a little dull, yet the regional acidity burns crisp and clean. The right food match would help it shine brighter.

RRP: $25

Alc: 12.5%
