Riverina is arguably Australia’s second best Semillon growing area, simply because of the ability for the botrytis affected dessert styles that it produces well.

Ripe lemon curd, apricot jam, dried pineapple pieces. Some lifted honey/sugar crystal notes too. Luscious palate, with more of that lemon curd, citrus, rich pineapple/apricot jam. There’s a clean cut of Semillon acid trying to balance the sugar, but ultimately the sweet bot fruit wins out. Decent value to match with cheese for dessert.
