Risky Business Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Bronze medal winner at the 2016 Wine Show of Western Australia. Good solid placing is bronze: competent, without showing off….Just kidding. It shows that

Risky Business, Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River, 2014

Rich moist pouch tobacco, some light eucalypt and echoes of mint. Black olive, deep black currant. Savoury black olive spectrum cabernet, just off set with enough black currant fruit to give it some plumpness and body. Dusty tannins and a charred bitter finish. Solid example, and will sing with food.

RRP: $25
Alc: 14.5%
