A pale, dusty rose colour in the glass. A nose of pink grapefruit, red cherry, musk and some buttery richness. Dry, crisp and lightly flavoured with similar red fruits as the nose with some white peach lift also. Flavour length finishing a little short. Don’t serve it too cold and make sure you’ve got a salumi plate on standby.
