Risky Business, Pinot Noir Rosé, Western Australia, 2017

This vintage also not as bright as the bottle shot would have you think. Fresh and clean red fruit aromas with cranberry, rose petal and very light strawberries & cream, gives a bit of intrigue with orange peel citrus. Dry with a small amount of textural grip; the palate safely steers the waters of light crunchy red fruits and tart, refreshing acidity with a just medium short finish. Food friendly.
