Rymill Coonawarra, Shiraz, Coonawarra, 2015
Vanilla and cedar with plenty of plum, green & black olive, regional mint/eucalypt, campfire smoke and blueberry muffin. Medium to full bodied with good peppery spice over sweet red fruit with a slight char. Fine tannins, (if a somewhat rubbery) a little too much heat poking through with slightly out of kilter oak. A hearty, spiced shiraz for cold nights and lamb chops.
RRP: $32
