Huntington Estate have been producing this style long before pink dominated our vinous landscape.
Huntington Estate, Dry Rosé, Pinot Noir, Mudgee, 2018
Gives it all as a dry rosé: drying cherries, concentrated craisins, watermelon juice and the obligatory strawberries & cream. Fresh, vibrant with red apple and orange citrus, hints of leafiness while finishing dry and finely textured. Defiantly made in an uncompromising style. Made for sunshine and goat’s cheese tarts.
