Dry and alluring on the nose: pink petals and dusty chalk. Some peach tea plus strawberry manage to give fruit over the savoury modesty. Crisp, dry and balanced, this has all the things you want from a modern rosé: Clean lines, not overly confected or sweet. Enough grip to be food friendly without forsaking flavour. Bargain.
