Stargazer, Tupelo, Tamar Valley, Derwent Valley 2018

A medum lemon gold colour. An aromatic, perfumed, rich nose dripping with lychee, rose water, pear slices, fresh lime juice, green apple skin, sherbert, bath bomb, steel, almond meal. A weighty palate, but not unctuous or flabby. Spiced, yet dry and fresh with lingering rosewater and clean citrus length that weaves in and around the depth and palate richness.
