From the high climes of the Orange region, approx 3 hours west of Sydney.
Angullong, Sauvignon Blanc, Orange, 2018
Creamy passionfruit, warm asparagus, lime pips, orange zest, chalk and red currant. Rich palate, plenty to give. Riper citrus spectrum to almost red fruit with a rounded palate experience. Fruit succumbs to texture and regional bite, but this doesn’t last as long as hoped. Surprisingly carries a little heat too. Keep the chill on to hone the fleshy nature.
