A relatively new edition into the Wild Valley range for Stoneleigh. As the name suggests, wild fermentation is the order of the day.

Wild Ferment. Good golden hue through the colour. Rich aromas of nashi pear, light dough, stone fruit, feijoa and honey. Rich palate, carrying a fruit sweetness and maybe grams of residual sugar. There’s good acidity and bright floral characters, but the sweetness makes it a little cloying, rather than being balanced with the natural weight.
