Stefano de Pieri, famed chef, is a champion of the Alternative Varieties Wine Show and he works with Woolworth’s liquor arm to craft wines exclusive to Cellarmasters.

Subdued, slight watery nose over soft white rocks, verbena soap, tea towel and dried green matcha tea. There’s a little juicy stone, passionfruit and citrus fruit with a suggestion of salinity on the palate. Has some waxy textural grip. Medium bodied with a short, hard tart finish. Pair this at something a bit random, like spicy popcorn chicken.
