Subdued, slight watery nose over soft white rocks, verbena soap, tea towel and dried green matcha tea. There’s a little juicy stone, passionfruit and citrus fruit with a suggestion of salinity on the palate. Has some waxy textural grip. Medium bodied with a short, hard tart finish. Pair this at something a bit random, like spicy popcorn chicken.
