Bremerton Wines, Tamblyn, Langhorne Creek, 2016

Vibrant cassis and blackcurrant with hot chocolate, woody pencils and plenty of spices: pepper, nutmeg and clove with a soft leafy undertone. Right on the money for the palate: The right amount of generous black and red fruits with earthy, fine tannins. A lick of those sweet/savoury herbs and a touch of black yeast spread. Made to enjoy for near-to immediate consumption. Great value.
