Concentrated plum, black rocks, toasty/chary oak, burnt-ends roast meat and vanilla bean paste. Smooth and silky. Limited oak influence over the tannins, plenty on the flavour profile. Juicy acidity keeping the plum and blackberry fruit light and bright with just a wink of the Clare Valley earthiness. Look for special pricing.
