Pretty well cast in the friendly, cuddly camp of Merlot. Not meaning to offend or unnerve.
Taylors Estate, Merlot, Clare Valley, 2017
Fruitcake spice and dark choc/vanilla tinged oak over sweet fruits of the forest, damp pouch tobacco and wet earth. Medium bodied. Velvety easy tannins make for a smooth ride of ripe dark berries. Clare Valley savoury/herby notes keep this interesting.
