Wallop. Immense nose of creamy butterscotch, nougat and bread crust showing the worked style that it is intended to be. Deep orange citrus rind and smoky hints complete the assault. Powering through with a broad char, toast and savoury mealy elements. Right at the death knell, a thrust of grapefruit citrus acidity to lance the artifice and lighten the experience.
