The only white in Mitolo’s entry level ‘Jester’ range and it certainly holds its own.

Riper tropical notes (fresh and dried) tempered by crushed lime leaf, preserved lemons and beeswax candle depth. Dry and textural: bittersweet citrus, guava tropical, kaffir lime flavours with a determined savoury, briny back palate. A fine foil for flash fried fish.
