Tahbilk, Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre, Nagambie Lakes, 2017
Perfumed aromas of red apple, raspberry, cherry, smoky game meats and pencil shavings. There’s a crunchy elemental feel under a light waxy gloss of red fruits and red licorice. Inherently herbaceous without being green it sits easily and alluringly in the glass.
