Lifted white cherry and cherrywood aromas with strawberry flesh and choc/orange segment. Dry, savoury and textural: Nebbiolo’s famous tannins leave their signature drying grip over reserved fruit. Serious, with gravitas. A deserved pairing for a large plate of tuna tataki.
