Yalumba, Wild Ferments, Shiraz, Barossa, 2018
Bright and lifted fruit: good concentration of red and black berry coulis and the right amount of Barossa choc. Some toasted nut aromas from the wild ferment. Palate falls shy of full; though it steps tall with enough rosewater Turkish Delight, some herby fallen matter with a touch coconut slice oak. Tannins are a fine and encouraging a drink early option. Good flavour.
