Elements of Pinot Noir: Red apple, pomegranate seeds before darker satsuma plum, blackberry and fine oak char with an aromatic herb lift. Focused, tight: almost recalcitrant. Tight knit, lacy, savoury tannin underpins bright and fresh dark fruits with a minerally straight spine. Alive and elegant.
