Familiar plum and warm/spiced Christmas Pudding aromas with hints of jubey raspberry, black cherry, deep rose, cola spritz, red liquorice, caramel, mocha with savoury sage and olive. Sumptuously medium-framed with the deeply fruited Shiraz counterpointed with flair by the acidity and lift from the Italians. The tannins are fine, if a little loose knit. A finish of a yeasty darkness lasts long. Plenty of charm and drinkability from this unique blend.
