Vibrancy with savoury depth. Apricots, lemon butter, salted caramel and sea spray. Medium light frame. Finely textured. The rightness of the fruit for the time on skins and in oak, then bottled with the exact amount of required tautness. Acidity that still pierces. This satiates with a dryness, an assuredness.
