Pale straw/lemon hue with exquisite, fine beading. Lifted and harmonious: grapefruit skin, fresh and soft stone fruit, richness of baked spiced apple, lemon curd and brioche. Well structured, showing a good balance between generosity of flavour before a mid-palate mousse expanse which draws to a refinement of tight, direct acidity through the finish. Perfect party starter with class.
