Longview have given the Whippet and new coat, but smartly have issued a neck tag to remind people what it used to look like for brand recognition.
Longview, Whippet, Sauvignon Blanc, Adelaide Hills, 2020
Passionfruit, orange cream, hints of toffee, brown pear, gooseberry, pickled jalapeno and torn grass tufts. Intense and tight. Puckering. Racy even, near shrill. For the moment it’s all sharp elbows and long wide-eyed stares, a little time in bottle will allow this racer get a little meat on the bones.
