Bremerton, Betty & Lu, Sauvignon Blanc, Langhorne Creek, 2020
Crisp, floral and zippy. Some reductive notes before a blossom of green melon, fresh cut grass, blackcurrant leaf, tropical and citrus fruits with hints of passionfruit skin. Zippy on the palate too….rushes along at a hundred miles an hour, intent on getting to the finish line first. Varietal fruit, but handled with restraint and a briny ramrod of a spine. Better than your average Savvy B.
