Technically this is titled “Juno” as a part of the excellent Nebbiolo range coming from the Saturno family’s Longview Vineyard in the south-east end of the Adelaide Hills.

Pale in colour (far more than the bottle image). Lightly herbal to white cherry and currants. Almost white Christmas fresh with soft chalk and musk. Tight, taut, holding excellent length and precision. Crisp without resorting to “crunch” of over acidification. Mid palate holds a fullness, near creamy depth. Distinguished and serious. Not a just rosé made as an afterthought: full premeditation down to the right clonal selection makes this one of the best in the land.
