Mandala, Single Vineyard, Chardonnay, Yarra Valley, 2019

Blonde oak giving richness with almost lime splice to grapefruit bittersweet aspects and hints of flinty reduction and almost white chocolate. Juicy acidity drives the palate long and provides intensity over spicy oak (with almost rocket/arugula peppery-ness). Dry and lightly grippy phenolic finish with a bright citrus flourish. Quality “mod-Oz” style.
