Pale salmon, peachy sunset in colour. Attractive nose of blood orange, white cherry, white pepper, easy raspberry and with a slightly seared meaty depth. Offering plenty of depth and structure over many others that attempt this style. The fruit up front delivers a smooth entry before tightening dead straight and precise. Deliciously dry and textural with a long finish. Serious rosé.
