Marzipan and nougat richness over vanilla oak, flinty funk, chopped peach, lemon myrtle and gum blossom, and cashew spread. Layered and textural. Power, with drive. Peach and citrus depth with prickles of fine spice and briny oyster shell over an electrified steel spine of acidity. Another stellar release that will develop over many years. Bargain.
