Merlot (predominant) and Cabernet juice for this deeply coloured rosé from the Coal Valley outside of Tasmania.

Deep, near bronze hue. Creamy and sweet red fruits: hints of toffee apple, crushed bramble leaf, glacé cherry and some sweet/umami ponzu. Generous fruit filled palate underscored by refreshing, cleansing acidity. Spice comes through with bitter clove and tucks in neatly with an easy grip. More depth and richness than most with a toffee apple/caramel like finish.
