Dalfarras is the “second” label for revered Tahbilk from central Victoria. With Alister Purbrick as winemaker and his wife Rosa contributing the artworks on the labels (as well as providing her maiden name Dal Farra to its naming). “Rose Fragment” is title of this work. Importantly, Tahbilk are environmentally focused with a carbon zero footprint.

Dusky rose in colour, fresh and easy blood orange, ruby grapefruit and papaya with red fruits of cherries and raspberries. White chocolate richness with green nettle/tobacco herbal influence. Clean, crisp with a little grip and dry finish. Easy and enjoyable. Don’t think too much.
