Medium yellow/gold in colour. The botrytis amplifies the signature apricot scent of Viognier, this time to a rich marmalade toastiness, grilled lime, pineapple flesh, sweaty musk and ginger snap biscuit. Luscious palate, silkiness unfurling with decadent plush fruit. Developing nicely, there’s still a bright line of acidity providing the counterbalance to the residual sugar.
