Woody spice over plummy and cool berry drenched fruit. Some meaty depth to give complexity but it truly sits in that “food friendly” spectrum, Fine tannin, balanced body, moreish times. Just give it food and in the words of Hot Chocolate….everyone’s a winner baby,
