Bright ermine purple hue. Fresh cherry and mulberry flesh studded with smoky clove spice. Some “parmesan rind” depth, rose petals and hibiscus tea. Slippery and silky. Nothing complex, just bursting with quality juicy fruit and a little jab of acidity. Easy drinkability.
