St Hubert’s, Pinot Blanc, Mornington Peninsula, 2021

Pale straw with green highlights. Soft aromas of white stone fruit with green melon rind, hints of limey citrus and green apple. Shows good tension through the palate, balanced by a little width and closing with waxy phenolics.
