This year’s release of Matt Burton’s Indomitus Rosa is made with Nebbiolo from the renowned Freeman vineyard in Hilltops, NSW. Pressed off after 12 hours on skins. Barrel and tank maturation. A splash of Sangiovese to “temper the tannins.”

Pale, dusky rose/peach hue. Rich with choc/orange, a surprising depth of silky stone fruit, macerated cherry, crushed lavender, white peppery spice and young wet eucalyptus blossom.
