Bottled in clear glass: immediate consumption recommended. Deep purple with a bright rim. Plump and aromatic with confectionary elements of wine gums giving the Nouveau tag substance. Meaty blue steak, cassis, licorice, black pepper, mocha, green olive and deep raspberry. Creamy and fun: blue meat influences with a drying, sandy tannins to juicy (if short) close. Takes a chill without an issue. Points for drinkability.
