Deux Rebelles: Two rebels, Nick and Trudy Stacy. A blend of Mount Barker Shiraz with differing fermentation techniques (stainless steel, old oak, both large and small format) and including three separate co-ferments of Frankland River Gerwurztraminer, Viognier and Riesling (but just the skins).

Bottled unfiltered/un-fined with a little funky leftover sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Dusky peach in colour. Pink apple, watermelon sorbet, strawberry skin, mineral sand, nectarine slices, mandarin cream, citrus leaf and a little seltzer. Creamy palate giving a full experience with a bittersweet spice and a crisp finish. A fun and perfect foil for spicy fish tacos.
