Allegiance Wines, The Matron, Chardonnay, Tumbarumba, 2021
Pale lemon hue. Grapefruit, citrus florals, mandarin pith, easy white stone fruit, meal and a little toasty oak influence. Crisp and fine, showcasing the bright fruit of the region without too much artifice or winemaking influences. Dry finish with good persistence flavour.
Rating: 17.75/20 (91/100)
