From Allegiance Wine’s home base of Tumbarumba, named after Sister Katherine Lawson, who was Matron of Tumbarumba hospital in 1929 to 1931. The wine is dedicated to Bush Nurses across Australia.

Pale lemon hue. Grapefruit, citrus florals, mandarin pith, easy white stone fruit, meal and a little toasty oak influence. Crisp and fine, showcasing the bright fruit of the region without too much artifice or winemaking influences. Dry finish with good persistence flavour.
