Pale straw colour. Soft citrus and melon with brown pear flesh, brown spice, warm apple and a touch of richness from the lees work. Easy textural palate: a little heft with juicy, but not brash acidity. Plenty of varietal pear and apple flesh to keep fans happy. Expected consistency from the house and fun innovation with the label.
