A blend of 95% Shiraz and 5% Malbec from the Adelaide Hills. Some carbonic maceration for one parcel of the Shiraz. The Malbec in stainless steel. All this points to some juicy juice.

All concentrated and lifted plum and cherry cola like notes. Deep raspberry jube, roast beetroot and a hint of char. Juicy and crackling with fun. Those deep fruit notes exacerbated by the carbonic maceration with a plush and fun texture. The quality of the fruit is evident and the 5% Malbec is the perfect amount of seasoning.
