The first release of this label since 2019. Taken from mature Canberra region vineyards of Wallaroo in Hall and Long Rail Gully in Murrumbateman. 14 months maturation in French oak (large format 500L puncheons) with 30% new.

Yes, you read the ABV below correct: 12.1%. Cherry, young blackberries, choc nut, liqueur chocolates, fresh leather, garam spice, a little sweet oak, roast beetroot and an almost freshness of cool mint.  Elegance and juiciness bound together seamlessly. Bright and fresh palate, giving plenty but not leaving anything out: there’s deliciously ripe and fine tannin to give carpet to spiced dark berries that travel long through the tail of pepper and spice. Refined.
