Very pale dusky pink. Nose of crushed kitchen herbs, pink salt, lavender blossom, watermelon granita, strawberry hulls and a touch of musk. Soft and approachable, pink berries, herbal edge and bittersweet citrus. Crisp acidity providing a juicy finish. Quick finish of fruit flavour and a just chalky texture means that this is made for easy sunshine drenched lunches
